    BOOTH PAYMENT REMINDER

    Your payment is due upon receipt of your invoice per the AHRMM Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, Section 5. The Primary Contact/Billing Contact listed on your contract will be sent an invoice from AHRMM’s invoicing & collection team. If you have any questions regarding your invoice, or remittance instructions, please reach out to Pat Brayley at pbrayley@smithbucklin.com.

     

    EXHIBITOR SERVICE MANUAL

    The Exhibitor Services Manual is live! The Expo Group (TEG) is the general service contractor and the exclusive provider of these services for AHRMM26. If you have not already, you (as the primary contact) will receive an email from TEG that includes a link to access the Online Service Center. If you did not receive this information, contact ExhibitorService@theexpogroup.com. The Discount Deadline is June 22.

    Take advantage of our Tradeshow Budget Worksheet to easily estimate, organize, and track your costs for the Conference.

     

    WHAT FURNISHINGS COME WITH YOUR BOOTH

    A Standard Exhibit Booth does not come with any furnishings. If you need tables, chairs, electrical or other furnishings for your booth, you will need to place orders through the Exhibitor Service Manual.

    Items included with your booth are:

      • 8’ high black back drape
      • 3’ high black side drape,
      • 7×44” booth identification sign

    Please note that floor covering is required and can be ordered through the Exhibitor Service Manual.

     

    A Turnkey Exhibit Booth includes:

      • (1) 6’ long x 30” high table draped in black
      • (2) standard side chairs
      • (1) wastebasket
      • standard carpeting - color pepper
      • all benefits listed under Standard Booth
      • a one-time vacuuming of booth space prior to show opening

    EXHIBITOR HOSPITALITY FORM
    All planned meetings, focus groups, social or hospitality functions must be approved by AHRMM by submitting the Exhibitor Sponsored Hospitality form found HERE and submitting to AHRMM’s Meeting Planner, TaNisha Williams.

     

    All hospitality/social functions and focus groups must not conflict with the official conference program during the following Hours:

    • Sunday, July 26: 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
    • Monday, July 27: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
    • Tuesday, July 28: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

    EXHIBITOR BOOTH PERSONNEL & REGISTRATION
    Register your onsite booth staff today through the Exhibitor Portal. All exhibitors received an email that includes a link to log in to the Exhibitor Portal where you can register your booth staff. If you did not receive this information, please contact mkravenas@aha.org.

     

    ➡️ Planning to have lunch on the show floor? Be sure to include a lunch ticket for your Exhibitor Booth Staff for both Monday and Tuesday in your registration for $110. Exhibitor Full Conference registrations include the lunch tickets.

     

    Have you booked your hotel room yet? A block of hotel rooms is available to all registrants at a discounted rate. The discounted group rates apply until the reservation deadline of June 24, or until all rooms in the group block have been reserved, whichever occurs first.


    You must first register for your badges to receive the link to reserve housing. If you have not received your confirmation with housing instructions, please contact mkravenas@aha.org.

    EXHIBITOR MARKETING TOOLKIT

    AHRMM has created a Marketing Toolkit to help exhibitors promote their presence at AHRMM 2026. The Social Media Toolkit can be found online, HERE, and includes exhibitor and sponsor logos, signature files, social media images, and sample content for promoting your participation. Exhibitors should not use the AHRMM corporate logo without prior approval from show management.

     

    LEAD RETRIEVAL
    Lead retrieval is available through the exhibitor registration portal. Once you log in to the registration portal, you will have the opportunity to buy and assign lead retrieval licenses.
