AHRMM EXHIBITOR LOGISTICS WEBINAR
This webinar will assist with preparations and cover information such as: Registration, Move-In and Set-Up, Labor Rules, the Exhibitor Service Kit and online Exhibitor Resource Center. Customer Service Representatives and Service Providers will be available during the webinar to answer any questions you may have regarding labor, utilities, catering, etc. Webinar date and registration link coming soon.
EXHIBITOR PROFILE
Make sure attendees can easily discover what your company has to offer by updating your profile TODAY. Simply log in to the Exhibitor Registration Portal to make changes. Detailed instructions are available in the “Exhibitor Registration & Exhibitor Profile How-to-Guide”.

EXHIBITOR SERVICE MANUAL
The Service Manual is live! The Expo Group (TEG) is the general service contractor and the exclusive provider of these services for AHRMM26. If you have not already, you (as the primary contact) will receive an email from TEG, with the subject line "Welcome to AHRMM 2026!” This email includes a link to access the Online Service Center. If you did not receive this information, please check your spam folder, or contact ExhibitorService@theexpogroup.com. The Discount Deadline is June 22.
The online Exhibitor Services Manual, including important show information and order forms can be accessed by following these steps:
- Visit the Online Service Center by clicking here.
- To place your order online, login to your account using the email address associated with your account.
- Select "Order Services" to start shopping

WHAT FURNISHINGS COME WITH YOUR BOOTH
A Standard Exhibit Booth does not come with any furnishings. If you need tables, chairs, electrical or other furnishings for your booth, you will need to place orders through the Exhibitor Service Manual.
Items included with your booth are:
- 8’ high black back drape
- 3’ high black side drape,
- 7×44” booth identification sign
Please note that floor covering is required and can be ordered through the Exhibitor Service Manual.
A Turnkey Exhibit Booth includes:
- (1) 6’ long x 30” high table draped in black
- (2) standard side chairs
- (1) wastebasket
- standard carpeting - color pepper
- all benefits listed under Standard Booth
- a one-time vacuuming of booth space prior to show opening
EXHIBITOR BOOTH PERSONNEL REGISTRATION
Register your onsite booth staff today through the Exhibitor Portal. All exhibitors received an email from the AHRMM Annual Registration Manager, mkravenas@aha.org, with the subject line “Welcome to AHRMM26 Conference - Login to the Exhibitor Portal”. This email includes a link to log in to the Exhibitor Portal where you can register your booth staff. If you did not receive this information, please check your spam folder, or contact mkravenas@aha.org.
LUNCH TICKETS
Planning to have lunch on the show floor? Lunch tickets for both Monday and Tuesday can be purchased for $110 as an additional item during the registration process.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Hurry before rooms run out.
A block of hotel rooms is available to all registrants at a discounted rate. The discounted group rates apply until the reservation deadline of June 24, or until all rooms in the group block have been reserved, whichever occurs first.
You must first register for your badges to receive the link to reserve housing. If you have not received your confirmation with housing instructions, please contact mkravenas@aha.org.
LEAD RETRIEVAL
Lead retrieval is available through the exhibitor registration portal. Once you log in to the registration portal, you will have the opportunity to buy and assign lead retrieval licenses.
- Purchase a single license for $299 or 3-Pack for $499
- Additional individual licenses are $169
- You will need one license per device
BOOTH PAYMENT REMINDER
The Primary Contact/Billing Contact listed on your contract was sent an invoice from AHRMM’s invoicing & collection team in the coming weeks with the subject line “Your AHRMM invoice is ready.” If you have any questions regarding your invoice, or remittance instructions, please reach out to Pat Brayley at pbrayley@smithbucklin.com. Your payment is due within 30 days of receipt of your invoice per the AHRMM Exhibitor Rules and Regulations, Section 5.
