Thank you for your continued support and participation as an exhibitor at the AHRMM 2026 Annual Conference and Exhibition taking place July 26 – 28, 2026, in San Antonio, TX. As you begin preparing for the event please review the important information below to assist with your planning.

  • Floor plans with dimensions due for any exhibitor occupying an Island or Split Island

All exhibits must be fully operational by 10:00 AM on Monday, July 27.

Move-Out

All carriers must check in by 5:00 PM on Tuesday, July 28.

 

EXHIBITOR BOOTH PERSONNEL REGISTRATION

Exhibitors are provided three (3) complimentary Exhibit Hall Booth Staff badges per 10' x 10' (100 sq. ft.) booth space purchased and one (1) complimentary Exhibit Full Conference badge per company.

Additional badge options:

  • Additional Exhibit Hall Booth Staff registrations: $350 through July 28

  • Additional Exhibit Full Conference registrations: $900 until June 1, 2026

  • Price increases to $1,100 after June 1, 2026

Please note:

  • Both badge types allow your employees to enter the exhibit hall for Exhibitor Move-In, Show Hours, and Exhibitor Move-Out.

  • These badges are for your company employees only and may not be given or transferred to other conference attendees.

  • Badges must be worn at all times in the exhibit hall and are required for access.

  • Exhibitor badge types allow access to the 2026 AHRMM Annual beginning July 26 at 8:00 AM.

  • Lunch tickets are available for all exhibitors to purchase for $110 until July 6.

  • Exhibit Hall badges do not allow access to Lunch and Learns sponsored by other exhibitors.

Exhibitor registration information for name badges is sent by the AHRMM Annual Registration Manager, mkravenas@aha.org, with the subject line:
“Welcome to AHRMM26 Conference - Login to the Exhibitor Portal”

This email includes a link to log in to the Exhibitor Portal, where you can register your booth staff. If you did not receive this information, please check your spam folder or contact mkravenas@aha.org.

 

LEAD RETRIEVAL

Lead retrieval is available through the Exhibitor Registration Portal. Once you log in, you will have the opportunity to purchase and assign lead retrieval licenses.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

A block of hotel rooms is available to all registrants at a discounted rate. Discounted group rates apply until the reservation deadline of June 24, or until all rooms in the group block have been reserved, whichever occurs first.

 

You must first complete exhibitor registration for the conference to reserve housing. The link to book your hotel accommodation will only be included in your registration confirmation. If you have not received your confirmation, please contact mkravenas@aha.org.

 

BOOTH PAYMENT REMINDER

Your payment is due within 30 days of receipt of your invoice, per the AHRMM26 Rules and Regulations, Section 5.

The Primary Contact/Billing Contact listed on your contract will be sent an invoice from AHRMM’s invoicing and collection team in the coming weeks with the subject line: “Your AHRMM invoice is ready.”
